Abstract:
The province of Occidental Mindoro is recognized for its commendable performance in the field of education. The primary objective of the Review Centre is to determine its profitability and viability. The genesis of this entrepreneurial idea emerged from the potential of establishing an organization that could effectively address the requirements of customers and responds to prevailing market trends. The Infinite Review Centre will be established with the aim of assisting individuals in achieving their aspirations. This review center is set to commence operations in San Jose and extend its reach to other municipalities situated in Occidental Mindoro. The enterprise provides services for six programs and is expected to undergo expansion in the future. The researchers performed a comprehensive market analysis to identify the seven crucial elements, commonly known as the 7 P’s, that can enhance the sustainability of a business. Additionally, a comprehensive industry analysis was conducted to ascertain the review center’s standing within the sector and through the utilization of a SWOT analysis. The purpose of this analysis was to facilitate a more in-depth evaluation of the organization, develop a strategic plan to tackle potential obstacles, and aid in the process of decision-making. The present research has determined that the enterprise of Review Centres in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro is both achievable and feasible, with the potential for profitability and sustainability in the long run.
