Abstract:
This research aimed to understand the impact of classroom quality on educational experience of students in Cataingan Municipal College. The design used to gather data was qualitative, twenty (20) student participants were purposively selected. The study revealed the challenges they faced such as lack of seats, blackboards, damaged walls, leak roofs have significant impact on the focus and concentration. This poorly maintained classrooms results discomfort or loss of focus and inadequate performance in class activities that hinder effective learning. The lack equipment and facilities were also found to be one of the challenges met by students. Finding also revealed that students actively find ways to address classroom quality through financial contribution and self-discipline. With this, it was recommended to have discipline in the usage of classroom and facilities, the school administration should allocate budget to make classroom conducive for learning, immediately repair and renovate damaged classrooms and students and teachers should be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness towards effective learning among students.
