Abstract:

The purpose of this dissertation is to explore how law firms in Nanjing should propose a framework for service improvement based on the current changes in the economic and legal environment and by examining the past lawyers’ services, so as to improve the quality of their services. The study design used descriptive statistics to conduct a questionnaire survey of lawyers from five well-known law firms in Nanjing to evaluate the status of cooperation, customer relationship management and performance, and to make recommendations for adaptive improvement. The results of the study show that effective teamwork mechanisms can enable the team of a lawyer to exert a stronger ability to work than if an individual worked alone. However, in terms of teamwork, a reasonable task allocation mechanism, a positive organizational culture, and flexible team motivation can improve the efficiency of lawyers’ collaboration, promote team cohesion, and enhance their ability to cope with challenges. The level of customer relationship management skills can have a significant impact on customer experience and satisfaction. Through clear client communication, feedback mechanisms to meet client needs, and effective conflict management, law firms can build trust with clients, increase client loyalty, and turn existing lawyer-client conflicts into opportunities to improve the way clients are managed. A lawyer’s performance plays a key role in the quality of his or her services, especially legal expertise, case management skills, and professional development opportunities. Through continuous professional training and resource optimization, lawyers can improve their professional skills, adapt to changes in the industry, and serve clients more effectively. In summary, this study provides theoretical support and empirical evidence for Nanjing law firms to optimize the internal collaboration mechanism, improve the client management ability, and improve the performance. By strengthening teamwork, client relationship management and professional development, law firms can achieve high-quality services and stronger long-term talent development competitiveness in a fiercely competitive market.
