Abstract:

This study examined the profitability factors of pre-loved clothing businesses in northern Zambales, focusing on a Roman Catholic entrepreneur from Masinloc operating a small-scale venture with limited staff and modest income. Respondents strongly agreed on key predictors of profitability, with significant differences observed across demographic variables. An intervention program was developed to enhance business sustainability through strategic pricing, trend alignment, cost control, market visibility, and digital expansion. Recommendations emphasize innovation, collaboration, and targeted marketing to strengthen competitiveness and long-term growth.
