Abstract:

The rapid evolution of educational technology necessitates the adoption of integrated systems that enhance both instructional and administrative functions within academic institutions. This research focuses on the integration of a Learning Management System (LMS) and a School Management System (SMS) at Philippine Christian University (PCU). The study aims to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and provide a seamless user experience for administrators, educators, and students. Utilizing a structured framework, the research examines the influence of system usage, user satisfaction, and technical proficiency on organizational efficiency, administrative effectiveness, and instructional outcomes. A quantitative approach, incorporating Paired t-tests, ANOVA, and linear regression, is employed to analyze the data and identify key factors contributing to performance improvement. The findings highlight the critical role of integrated educational technologies in optimizing processes and aligning them with institutional goals. The study proposes a scalable model that can be applied across other higher education institutions to foster a cohesive learning environment, improve resource utilization, and achieve strategic objectives. By integrating LMS and SMS, the research underscores the potential of technology to transform traditional educational workflows into more efficient, data-driven, and student-centered processes, paving the way for innovation and continuous improvement in higher education.
