Abstract:
Things that have a big impact are often overlooked, such as not considering the concept of environmental awareness. Institutions including the Higher Education Institution (HEI) are expected to cooperate in the extension of laws RA 9003 “An Act Providing for an Ecological Solid Waste Management” and RA 9512 “National Environmental Awareness and Education Act of 2008”. The study aims to evaluate the lesson contents listed in the Syllabus of General Education (GE) and Professional Education (Prof.Ed) in the College of Education, Implications of Teaching on Students’ Awareness and Skills, Implications for teachers, the college and administration; Proposed Solutions and Programs. Qualitative method was used, observing, inquiring, content analysis and interviewing. Descriptive method was also used, studying the current practice, standards and conditions. The essay photo or photo essay also became a focus.
