Publication Frequency

General Publication Schedule

Consortia Academia publishes peer-reviewed scholarly journals through an open-access, primarily digital publication model. Publication schedules vary among journals according to their editorial scope, manuscript acceptance, special issue arrangements, and publication requirements. The publisher is committed to the timely dissemination of scholarly research while maintaining appropriate standards of editorial evaluation, peer review, research integrity, and publication quality.

International Journal of Research Studies in Education (IJRSE)

The International Journal of Research Studies in Education (IJRSE) serves as the principal multidisciplinary education journal within Consortia Academia. IJRSE accepts individual manuscript submissions throughout the year, subject to its editorial policies and submission requirements. Articles are published in numbered issues throughout the year. The number of issues published annually may vary depending on the volume of accepted manuscripts, editorial arrangements, and approved special issues. In addition to regular issues, IJRSE may publish themed special issues focusing on particular educational topics, emerging research areas, institutional collaborations, or scholarly initiatives.

Publication Schedule of Other Consortia Academia Journals

Other journals within Consortia Academia, including those specializing in psychology, management, computing, language learning, educational technology, and related disciplines, operate primarily through approved themed special issues. These journals do not ordinarily accept individual or unsolicited manuscript submissions. Instead, publication is organized around coordinated collections of scholarly articles addressing a clearly defined research theme. Each proposed special issue should generally comprise 8 to 12 scholarly papers and be coordinated by a designated guest editor or editorial team. The publication frequency of these journals depends on the approval, completion, and editorial processing of themed special issues. Accordingly, they do not follow a fixed quarterly or annual issue schedule.

Online Publication and Article Availability

Consortia Academia supports the timely online dissemination of accepted scholarly research. Following completion of the editorial review, acceptance, and publication preparation processes, articles may be made available online prior to their assignment to a finalized journal issue, where the relevant journal adopts an online-first publication arrangement. Articles published online ahead of issue assignment will be incorporated into the appropriate volume and issue once publication arrangements are finalized. All articles made publicly available as final publications will be accompanied by the applicable bibliographic and publication information, including Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), where assigned.

Themed Special Issue Proposals

Consortia Academia welcomes proposals for themed special issues that advance scholarly knowledge, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and address significant contemporary research questions. Special issues may be proposed by academic institutions, research groups, professional associations, conference organizers, or collaborating scholars. Proposals should identify a coherent research theme, its scholarly significance, the proposed guest editor or editorial team, and an anticipated collection of manuscripts aligned with the scope of the selected journal. All manuscripts included in approved special issues remain subject to editorial evaluation, peer review, and the publisher’s applicable publication ethics and quality standards. Approval of a special issue proposal does not guarantee acceptance or publication of its individual manuscripts.
