Abstract:
This study examined the relationship among cultural identity, interest coordination, and governance optimization in educational organizations using a quantitative descriptive-correlational design. Survey data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, tests of difference, and correlation analyses. The findings revealed that respondents were predominantly 26–35 years old, female, and administrators. Cultural identity was rated as highly established, while interest coordination and governance optimization were generally practiced. Significant differences in cultural identity were observed when respondents were grouped according to age, sex, and selected professional roles. Moreover, all dimensions of interest coordination showed strong and significant positive relationships with cultural identity, indicating that effective coordination supports stronger cultural identity. Based on the findings, a Proposed Program for Strengthening Cultural Identity, Interest Coordination, Governance Optimization, Communication, and Continuous Quality Improvement was developed. The study recommends strengthening institutional leadership, promoting collaborative practices, enhancing stakeholder participation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to sustain effective governance and organizational development in educational institutions.
