Abstract:
This study explores the application of emerging technologies—specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR)—and their impact on innovation and sales performance in China’s ceramic tile manufacturing industry. The research evaluates these technologies in terms of technical feasibility, business value, and market adoption. Findings show that while these technologies bring operational improvements, barriers such as high costs and skills shortages limit full-scale implementation. Ethical concerns, such as data privacy and job displacement, require attention, alongside evolving regulatory frameworks. From an economic perspective, these innovations have enhanced competitiveness, customer experience, and overall market share. Early adopters have gained a significant advantage, with noticeable improvements in sales growth, activity, and market share. This study used descriptive research and participated by 390 employee respondents. Recommendations include investing in employee training, collaborating with regulatory bodies, and fostering partnerships with technology providers to ensure sustainable and innovative growth.
