This study employed an exploratory sequential mixed-methods design. Qualitative data collection and analysis were done first, followed by quantitative data collection and analysis. It was also revealed that the summary of the mean level of members’ satisfaction indicates that the cooperative is performing well across various indicators, including quality of service, innovation, cooperative culture, and community involvement. Additionally, strong overall financial performance in cooperatives is indicated by the summary of the mean financial performance for multipurpose cooperatives.
