Abstract:

This study explored the digital leadership practices of school administrators in Dupax del Norte I District and examined their relationship with organizational agility during the school year, 2025–2026. The respondents were 82 public elementary school teachers selected through stratified and simple random sampling, with the Slovin Formula ensuring representativeness. Digital leadership was examined along communication, public relations, branding, professional growth and development, student engagement and learning, opportunity, and learning environment and spaces. Organizational agility was assessed in terms of proactiveness, radicalness, responsiveness, and adaptiveness. Data were gathered through validated questionnaires and analyzed using mean, and Pearson r at 0.05 significance level. Findings revealed that school administrators’ digital leadership was rated “Excellent”, with student engagement and learning receiving the highest score. Organizational agility was perceived to be very high, led by proactiveness. A very high positive correlation indicated that stronger digital leadership is closely linked to greater institutional adaptability and responsiveness. The study produced an educational management intervention for school heads anchored on frequently practiced leadership behaviors across both constructs. Conclusions affirmed that effective digital leadership fosters organizational agility, supporting innovation and continuous improvement. Recommendations include sustaining high-performing leadership dimensions, enhancing digital communication, institutionalizing agility-promoting practices, adopting the developed training program, and replicating the study in other contexts.
